For our newest Nottingham location, we're looking for an experienced and adaptable Zero Hour Line Chef to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

This zero-hour role offers flexible shifts and a chance to be part of a friendly, fast-paced kitchen serving up delicious Asian-inspired dishes.

  • Prepare and cook hot dishes such as donburi, noodles, and fried sides to company standards.
  • Run the hot section efficiently during service, ensuring food is consistently high quality and well presented.
  • Follow company recipes and preparation methods to maintain flavour and consistency across all dishes.
  • Work safely and hygienically, keeping your section clean, organised, and well stocked.
  • Support the kitchen team with prep, service, and end-of-day cleaning.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Handle ingredients carefully and help minimise waste.
  • Take pride in delivering great-tasting dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or Line Chef role is preferred but not essential.
  • Confident working on the hot section and cooking Asian-style dishes such as donburi and fried sides.
  • Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
  • Able to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
  • Flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends.
