Role: Change & Engagement Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Start Date: 2nd January 2026

Contract: 6-month initial contract, Inside IR35 (possibility to extend)

I am currently recruiting Change & Engagement Manager to join the team and lead critical initiatives around AI Copilot adoption and platform integration. This role will be pivotal in driving engagement and managing change across our DIY and Integration platforms, including the rolling Copilot Studio program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee change management and engagement strategies for AI Copilot implementation.

  • Manage DIY and integration platforms to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful communication and engagement plans.

  • Support the rollout of Copilot Studio and related programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management and engagement roles.

  • Hands-on experience with AI Copilot or similar AI-driven tools.

  • Strong background in managing DIY programs and integration platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
