What We're Looking for in a Senior Residential Support Worker:

·Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or Level 3 Health & Social Care).

· A minimum of 1 years' experience supporting young people in a residential setting.

·Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams effectively.

· Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:

·Lead and manage a small team of support staff.

· Ensure all young people, receive high-quality, person-centred support.

· Support the development of team practices, providing coaching and mentoring to staff.

· Provide direct support to young people as part of the role, maintaining regular contact.

· Prepare and keep placement plans and other documents up to date, ensuring individualised support is provided.

· Foster strong working relationships with all relevant parties, including Local Authorities and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,801.50-£31,445.48 per year
