Training in product knowledge in lubricants and industrial cleaners will be provided
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Utilise CRM software, including Sales-i to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Develop an understanding of our lubricant and cleaning products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics as required.
Qualifications
- Some experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is beneficial for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
