The Role
As
Hedge Fund Sales Director
, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales strategy and execution for hedge fund clients across Europe.
- Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, commercial negotiation, and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Developing deep relationships with CIOs, COOs, portfolio managers, and technology decision-makers at hedge funds.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, articulating the value of our platform in solving complex operational, risk, and data challenges.
- Partnering with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Expanding market presence, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive landscape.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, networking events, and thought leadership forums.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in
hedge fund / alternative asset sales
, ideally selling
SaaS, technology, or data solutions
. - Deep understanding of hedge fund operations, risk management, and technology workflows.
- Strong existing relationships within the hedge fund community across Europe and the UK.
- Enterprise sales experience with complex, long-cycle deals.
- Strategic thinker with consultative sales skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a
fast-paced, high-growth FinTech environment
