Midlands Relief Officer required for shifts in the Midlands Area, which will include days, nights, and weekends as required.

Areas Include - Dudley, Leicester, Stafford, Hereford, Northampton.

Hours: 42 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Job Summary

  • Relief officer
  • Responsible for covering shifts
  • Show a level of flexibility and be able to adapt to new sites and systems.
  • Compliance with and record keeping
  • Providing front-line operational support
  • Respond appropriately to any incidents and or service needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to pass NPPV level 2 and Security clearance.
  • To be committed and reliable.
  • Some security/CCTV experience.
  • Must be willing to travel

Person specification: REQUIRED Qualifications and Skills

  • SIA CCTV & DS/SG License is essential
  • Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • IT and Computer Literate
  • Able to interact with customers
  • Great Customer service
