This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high -profile cases and contribute to the growth and success of the employment law department.Key ResponsibilitiesCaseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and contractual disputes.Legal Advice and Representation: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in tribunal and court proceedings.Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements, and other tribunal documents.Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and communication.Training and Seminars: Deliver training and seminars to clients on employment law updates and best practices.Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of developments in employment law and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge -sharing within the firm.Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including networking, client presentations, and contributing to the firm's marketing initiatives. RequirementsQualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE (Post -Qualification Experience) in employment law.Experience: Proven track record of managing complex employment law cases and achieving successful outcomes.Skills:Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.Professional Approach: A proactive, self -motivated, and results -driven approach to work.
