The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this
We offer wards that cater for acute admissions, assessment and treatment of dementia care, psychiatric intensive care and rehabilitation inpatient services. You would be required to work on a rotational shift basis, which includes days and nights. All wards offer a 24-hour service; therefore the successful candidates must be able to work a full range of 12 hour shifts including night shifts and weekends.
You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and have an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers and other stakeholders.
