A driver with your own carThis is a home-visit role, so a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.(See what Niamh says about the role on our website)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, person-centred care that encourages long-term client engagement.Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.Speak confidently with prospective clients by phone.Maintain a full diary with support from our Front Desk team (>90% arrival rate).Work closely with physiotherapists to support clients through comprehensive rehab programmes.Participate in weekly team meetings and regular in-service training (Tues & Wed).Essential RequirementsLevel 3 Sports Massage and/or Sports Therapy, or a Sports Rehabilitation DegreeMinimum 2 years' experience in sports therapy/massageComfortable being accountable for your performanceFull UK driving licence and own vehicleSalary & Benefits£23,809.50 – £28,000 (WTE)37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (no evenings or weekends)Permanent contract28 days annual leave (incl. public holidays), increasing with serviceMileage allowance for travel between client homesCompany pensionRegular mentoring and specialist neuro rehabilitation trainingFully funded Parkinson's Disease Warrior trainingWhy Work With Us?This is an exciting chance to grow your skills in a specialist practice dedicated to improving people's lives.
