Our Client is an upscale modern European restaurant located in the heart of London's WC district, known for refined seasonal cooking, exceptional service, and a vibrant, professional kitchen environment. We are now seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic brigade.

About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you will take full ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will be confident in managing your workload independently while supporting and guiding commis chefs to help develop their skills and maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run your own section efficiently during prep and service
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
  • Lead, train, and motivate commis chefs within the section
  • Work closely with senior chefs to uphold the restaurant's culinary vision
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
  • Passion for modern European cuisine and seasonal produce
  • The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK (this is mandatory).
