Customer Safety team
We're responsible for ensuring all relevant buildings have a Fire Risk Assessment and that the resultant actions are appropriately managed in time. We triage actions to the appropriate teams across the business, providing technical advice and quality control. We also through our own surveyors and project managers deliver through external consultants and contractors all minor and major active and passive fire remedial works and improvements. Our team also undertakes monthly fire safety inspections and fire door inspections.
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and building strong partnerships? We're looking for an External Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead on a variety of exciting, customer-focused projects.

Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be key, as you'll be the main point of contact for external partners and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with our values.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple priorities. You'll bring a strong understanding of project management principles, alongside experience in planning, budgeting, and quality control. A focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement will be central to your approach, and you'll be committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
