As the largest online pet behaviour vet clinic in the UK, our team of veterinarian behaviourists conduct remote consultations with dog owners struggling with stressful walks and stressful homes due to behaviour problems.

We're looking for someone to join our remote team of sales people who lead our warm prospects to a buying decision - turning enquiries into clients, allowing us to help them and their dogs. We want someone who is a high performer. Always driven to improve, never settling for the numbers they have achieved. We want someone who is enthusiastic and passionate and driven to succeed and excited about those numbers also having a positive impact on human and animal wellbeing. Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales

Important: This is a sales role so a passion for sales and experience in this area is essential.

Preferred Experience

  • Telesales Experience

While we are open to all kinds of sales backgrounds as long as you have the passion and drive to learn and succeed for our mission, telesales experience is preferred.

  • Dog Ownership

It's essential that everyone on our team can relate to both the joy and challenges that dog-ownership can bring and some history of owning a family dog or your own dog is preferred.

We are team of high performers with very strong work ethic for furthering the mission. You must be passionate about furthering the team's mission of making sure no dog owner is left without the answers they deserve and no relationship between a dog and owner is ever lost.

You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your goals, but still important.

High standards:

You're tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards.

Poise:

You'll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life changing conversations for the person. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the person make the best decision for them.

This is a freelance hourly rate + commission role, working completely remotely. This means that your income is directly influenced by the number of people you inspire and, in turn, the dogs that get help

Some evening and weekend availability preferred.

We will bring the leads, you bring your A game.

Willing to work evenings and some weekends. (Many of our clients work jobs to be able to give themselves and their dogs the best lives possible)
