Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping others? Do you thrive in an organised, detail-driven environment? Patient Choice is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team and help deliver a first-class prescription home delivery service to patients across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, proactive, and ready to support both customers and clinicians with professionalism and care.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting Our Patients and Clinicians:
Inputting and managing sales orders received from patients and healthcare professionals
Providing excellent service over the phone and via email
Making welcome calls and sending order reminders
Responding to customer and clinician queries efficiently
Managing patient information accurately within our CRM system
Liaising with GP surgeries to request and follow up on prescriptions
Processing prescriptions and ensuring they match patient orders
Ensuring all communications meet company and NHS standards
Teamwork & Standards:
Upholding NHS Clinical and Information Governance requirements
Working closely with team members to support smooth daily operations
Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Confident with computers, including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team
