Print Production Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent)

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
We're looking for an experienced and creative Print Supervisor to take full ownership of our garment printing department at Lucy & Lola.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and creative role where you'll work independently to take ownership of the entire process — from digital artwork editing through to finished, pressed garments.
You'll play a key role in helping us scale our print production, ensuring every item meets our high quality standards and leaves our customers delighted.

Skills You'll Need
- User of Procreate (understanding of layers, shortcuts, and tools)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Keen eye for detail and consistency
- Fast, accurate worker who can adapt quickly to changing workloads
- Confident using print technology and production tools
- Canva experience
- Google Sheets or similar systems knowledge
Must-Have Experience
- Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with Procreate in a production or creative setting
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for output and quality
- Previous experience in garment printing or custom apparel
- Experience with DTF transfers and heat pressing garments
- Background in a production or workshop environment
What You'll Be Doing
You'll oversee and manage the entire print production workflow — ensuring designs move efficiently from customer edit requests to beautifully finished garments.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Editing customer artwork in Procreate
- Preparing design batches
- Ordering and managing DTF vinyl production
- Matching garments to designs and heat pressing them
- Maintaining and improving production speed and quality
- Developing systems and processes for efficiency
- Reporting on targets and progress to management
