Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be capable of handling maintenance duties. Have CSCS card and right to work in uk.

Duties

• Assisting with site maintenance and general upkeep to ensure safety and efficiency
• Handling manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Supporting management in organising work schedules and coordinating team activities
• Conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Ensuring the work area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to facilitate smooth workflow
• Duties include stand on the gate when site requires

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous .
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures is desirable
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and safety compliance
• Valid driving licence is preferred to support transportation needs on-site or between locations
