Senior Designer
with strong
product design experience

You'll play a key role in shaping the creative direction, bringing ideas from concept to launch, and collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to create products that look great and perform flawlessly.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design process from concept through to production
  • Create innovative, functional products that align with brand identity
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Ensure every design detail supports real-world performance and usability
  • Stay ahead of trends and materials in the outdoor and lifestyle product space

About you

  • Proven product design experience, ideally within outdoor, lifestyle, or performance-led industries
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes
  • Confident working from concept sketches to prototypes and finished products
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship
  • Naturally collaborative and able to influence across teams
