Compass Community is a leading therapeutic provider and we pride ourselves on our Inclusivity and Trauma-Informed approaches. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Independent Speech and Language Therapists, whose professional background and training are underpinned by theories of working with trauma, attachment and loss. You will have a good working knowledge of supporting children and young people in the care sector.

You will have passion, strong emotional intelligence and an understanding of the importance of collaborative working to achieve the best for Children in the Care system along with an understanding that assessments and therapeutic interventions may at times require flexible, creative and mindful techniques.

To enable the advancement of our approach of Assessing and Healing Complex Trauma (AHCT) you will join together with our team to ensure that bespoke assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, therapeutic interventions and resources are provided for our children who have lived with the complexities of Trauma, Loss and Abuse.
