WHAT IS THE WORKFORCE AND ORGANISATION ACCELERATE PROGRAMME PATHWAY?The Workforce and Organisation (W&O) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates passionate about accelerating transformations across our client's employee experience, workforce, and change programmes. We deliver this through people-led change empowering our clients to deliver transformations throughout their business.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:
- The Institute (circa 3 months)
- The W&O Academy (circa 18 months)
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.
YOUR ROLEAs an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You'll have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes.
You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients. The day-to-day tasks can vary from designing workshops, creating engaging communication material, and mapping out user journeys.
YOUR PROFILEWe are particularly interested to learn if you have experience or are interested in working in the industries we operate in and are keen to start a career in an environment where you can drive change.
Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:
- A passion to help our clients manage the transition to innovative technologies and re-think their culture and job roles in a digital age
- An understanding of what the future of work may look like and the impact on skills and talent
- Awareness of change methods, tools, and effective ways to communicate
- Knowledge of market trends and challenges across Technology Transformations and, HR and Talent functions.

During the programme, you will benefit from a suite of learning opportunities including a dedicated W&O Academy curriculum, from internal trainings, to externally recognised professional accreditations and communities of practice.
Working alongside a world-class team with a wealth of consulting and industry experience, you will begin to create relationships across the organisation and acquire a foundation of consulting skills, tools and methodologies to help you accelerate your career. You will be part of a project team, building trust-based relationships at the heart of a client's organisation, helping them change the way they work and transforming their business to achieve their goals. You'll get early responsibility and build your skills through interesting and challenging work.

NEED TO KNOWTo be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
