About the Role:

This is more than just a job it's a chance to support independence, dignity, and wellbeing for our tenants. As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our overnight care team, helping residents live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What you'll do:

• Support tenants with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Encourage independence and choice, always treating individuals with dignity and respect.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and support accessed.
• Help tenants connect with NHS and third-party services.
• Work collaboratively with your team and take initiative when needed.
• Promote active lifestyles and empower tenants to stay in control of their lives.
• Alternate weekends and some bank holidays (enhanced pay applies).

About Hawthorn Court & Extra Care

Located in Keynsham, Hawthorn Court is easily accessible by public transport or car. It's a warm, welcoming place where tenants enjoy the independence of their own flats with the reassurance of on-site care.

What is Extra Care?

Extra Care Housing is designed for adults with care needs who live independently in self-contained flats. Our service was rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in June 2022 a testament to the quality of care we provide.
