We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive (9-12 months FTC) to join a dynamic team on a maternity cover contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing diverse marketing activities. You'll take ownership of campaigns, content creation, and event coordination, working closely with a passionate marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

As Marketing Executive, you'll execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for digital platforms and email campaigns, ensuring messaging connects with target audiences. Managing CRM systems and marketing automation tools to process leads efficiently is also a key part of the position.

The role further includes coordinating and attending consumer-facing events and trade shows, as well as organising photoshoots in beautiful private gardens. From crafting print literature to supporting wider business needs, this position plays a vital part in delivering a seamless marketing experience.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Relevant CIM qualification or equivalent work-based experience.
  • Proven background in 360 marketing, either agency or client-side.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Experience in e-commerce and B2C marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to attend events, including occasional overnight stays.
