Remote, United Kingdom b9d9da35-35e2-4586-b223-ad08de465124 Full time £70,000 - £85,000 per year
About GNO Partners

GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands from scratch to an almost 8-figure exit.

We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 600 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 250 active clients.

We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

We are scaling fast and looking for A-players to join our growing sales team. If you're highly motivated, coachable, and competitive, keep reading.

Why Join GNO Partners

  • Competitive base pay plus potential bonuses.
  • Fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear opportunities for growth.
  • Work directly with operators who have scaled and exited Amazon brands
  • Join a company expanding rapidly with strong demand and a powerful reputation in the Amazon ecosystem

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager who specializes in recruiting top talent specifically for the Amazon / e-commerce space. This includes roles such as PPC Managers, Brand Managers, Account Managers, and Amazon operators.

If you have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Amazon brands or Amazon-focused agencies, this role is for you.

You'll manage the full hiring pipeline, proactively headhunt strong candidates, and lead first-round interviews to filter and deliver only high-quality, relevant talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and source candidates for Amazon-focused roles (PPC Managers, Brand Managers, e-commerce specialists, etc.)
  • Proactively headhunt through LinkedIn, job boards, groups, and talent communities
  • Review and filter resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct first-round interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and relevance to the Amazon ecosystem
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain strong communication with candidates
  • Manage and organize the hiring pipeline across multiple open roles
  • Work closely with leadership to define role requirements and improve hiring processes
  • Optimize recruitment flow, screening methods, and talent tracking
Requirements
  • Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent

(Amazon brand managers, PPC managers, e-commerce operators, etc.)
  • 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Strong background in headhunting and candidate sourcing
  • Skilled in resume screening and evaluating relevant Amazon/e-commerce experience
  • Confident leading structured first-round interviews
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles open at once
