We're recruiting on behalf of a leading home care provider in Northamptonshire who is seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Paediatric Nurse to deliver exceptional one-to-one care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist nursing care that truly transforms lives. You'll work closely with families to deliver tailored care packages that enable children to thrive in their home environment, supporting their medical needs whilst promoting their development and quality of life.

Essential Experience Required

We're looking for a qualified nurse with hands-on experience in:

Tracheostomy care and management

Suctioning techniques

PEG feeding and nutritional support

Epilepsy management and seizure care

Learning Disability and Autism

What We're Looking For

  • Valid NMC registration (RN Child or RNLD)

  • Proven experience in paediatric complex care

  • Excellent communication skills with children and families

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Compassionate, patient-centred approach

  • Flexibility with shift patterns
