- Proven experience in project management or strategic initiatives (professional or volunteer).
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Availability & Commitment Requirement
We require volunteers who can commit adequate time, follow through on assigned tasks, and remain actively engaged throughout their involvement

Before applying, please ensure that
- You can commit a minimum of 1–3 hours per week
- You are able to attend scheduled meetings, planning sessions, and team check-ins
- You are prepared to contribute steadily over a minimum period of 3–6 months
- You have the capacity to deliver assigned tasks on time with professionalism
- To maintain continuity and uphold programme quality, volunteers who are unable to meet these availability and engagement requirements may be discontinued after the first three weeks.

- Project Management Own strategic projects from start to finish—create plans and roadmaps with objectives, timelines, and deliverables, monitor progress, and address risks to keep everything on track.
- Team Leadership Coordinate and inspire volunteers, provide clear guidance and mentorship, and foster a positive, inclusive, results-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the main point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners to align efforts and build strong, impactful relationships.
- Resource Management Allocate resources effectively, identify gaps, and secure additional support such as volunteers or sponsorships when needed.
- Impact Evaluation Track and measure outcomes, resolve challenges, and prepare reports and presentations to showcase progress and lessons learned.
