A fantastic opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive North London school. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy educational environment and enjoys being at the heart of school operations.

As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, you will play an essential role in keeping the school running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintaining accurate pupil databases and handling confidential records
  • Supporting staff with timetables, attendance, and general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with parents and external agencies
  • Ensuring efficient communication across the school community

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a school office or similar educational setting
  • Strong working knowledge of systems such as Arbor, SIMS, or Integris
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication and a calm, friendly approach
