We are looking for an experienced and analytical-minded
Senior Business Performance Manager
to join our Performance Marketing team. This role sits at the crossroads of user acquisition, data analytics, marketing and finance, and demands excellence in excellence in numerical reasoning, critical thinking, and ownership. You will play a central role in

As Senior Manager, you'll face ambiguous, broad business questions and will be responsible for distilling these into clear, structured analytical steps, report back essentials, follow to make it real. Your core responsibility will be translating complex business and analytical challenges into actionable insights by formulating clear hypotheses, identifying the simplest yet effective solutions, and uncovering critical insights that inform high-impact strategic decisions. You will be leveraging analytics, reporting, investigations, if necessary working as project management skills by partnering closely with multiple teams. This role will play a key role in performance marketing with Such projects may include to analyze performance of investment, optimize spend efficiency, and connecting dots with other functions' projects.
What you will do:
- Lead high-impact analytical projects, tackling broad and ambiguous business challenges by breaking them down into structured hypotheses, assumptions and measurable outcomes.
- Drive investment and financial analysis, running detailed scenario modeling to identify growth opportunities, assess return on investment, and optimize spend efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams to connect performance outcomes, campaign metrics, and broader business result to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Identify and quantify opportunities for growth, operational excellence, and marketing performance optimization across King's game portfolio.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior executives and stakeholders, translating data into actionable strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, nurturing their analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership, managing multiple projects simultaneously while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and insight quality.

- Structured Problem Solving: You excel at turning ambiguity into structure. Formulating hypotheses, identifying key KPIs, and driving analyses that lead to actionable outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: You can connect analytical insights to real business and financial impact, with a keen grasp of commercial dynamics and reporting essentials.
- Performance Marketing & Financial Acumen & Data Science: You understand marketing efficiency metrics (ROAS, CPVA, etc.) and financial principles such as income statements, cash flow and scalability.
- Influential Communication: You distill complex findings into crisp, executive-level narratives that drive decisions.
- Collaborative Leadership: You work seamlessly across departments, elevating analytical rigor and thought processes throughout the organization.
Technical Foundation:
- Solid experience in data analytics and finance; comfortable with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with data investigations & impact analysis (A/B testing, confidence interval).
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Python).
Bonus Points:
- Experience within mobile gaming, digital advertising, financial forecasting or similarly dynamic digital environments.
- Experience working with centralized analytics platforms (BigQuery, PowerBI, Looker).
- Exposure to predictive modeling, forecasting techniques, or scenario planning.
