As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £52,000 per year:

    • Base Salary: Up to £47,500 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £3k - £4.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.

In addition to the above, you'll have

  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
