Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Deliver academic interventions in core subjects to boost confidence and progress
  • Assist teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support interactive lessons that spark curiosity and classroom participation
  • Track pupil progress and share meaningful feedback with staff and families
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to grow your skills
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience supporting children in a school or care setting
  • A reference confirming your experience
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Ability to commute to or live locally in Watford
