Key Responsibilities
You'll take on a strategic finance leadership role during a crucial phase of development for ECW. This new post supports our aim to build a strong financial foundation for any new structures resulting from the process.
As Financial Controller, you'll ensure financial processes and governance are robust, forward-looking, and adaptable to change. You'll also play a key role in transferring financial functions and embedding organisational memory, supporting a smooth transition into new governance models.
Key responsibilities include:
· Designing and embedding financial systems and controls across the ECW Group
· Leading financial planning and analysis aligned with organisational goals
· Driving improvements in processes, procurement, and compliance
· Supporting governance, risk management and political accountability
· Leading the finance workstream for any structural changes
