The Role

We're seeking an ambitious, versatile and driven Digital Marketeer at either Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level, depending on your experience, to join our London office as a foundational member of our new Marketing team. Reporting to the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to fuel the next phase of LoopUp's growth.

Location:

  • Flexible hybrid: London office and work from home

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of a scalable Account Based Marketing engine
  • Experimentation with varied channels, content, messaging, tools and campaigns to drive target market pipeline
  • Analysis of experimentation and apportionment of an expanding budget accordingly
  • Nurturing and scoring leads through stages of engagement with LoopUp
  • Adapting the marketing channels and content accordingly as leads develop
  • Collaboration with Sales at more advanced stages of leads engagement
  • Broader contribute to brand and reputation development through content, collateral, social media, PR and events
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with global sales, commercial operations, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives
  • Continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality execution

We are seeking:

A proactive, creative, and results-driven individual, keen to work in a fast-paced team environment, with:

  • Strong analytics and comfort with data
  • 3-8 years' experience in enterprise B2B digital marketing
  • Ideally, experience with Account Based Marketing approach
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social channels
  • Experience with lead scoring and development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, proficient at project management, and able to collaborate across teams
  • Keen attention to detail
  • English as a first language or bilingual
  • 2:1 degree or higher from a top university
  • A professional but fun attitude

Specific experience:

  • CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights experience is helpful but not essential
  • SEO: Semrush, Yoast, Google Search Console, and strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Google: Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Google Ads
  • Email marketing management: planning, building and reporting on campaigns
  • Website CMS: comfortable updating and optimising website content
  • Display advertising: launching and optimising display campaigns across Google and other networks
