About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in the Norwich (NR18) area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and wants to work in a team-focused environment.

The role involves general warehouse duties, including operating a forklift, wrapping and preparing pallets, and loading/unloading stock. You will also occasionally drive a long wheelbase Sprinter van for local deliveries and collections.

Full training will be provided for the general warehouse tasks, so you don't need prior experience in this area. However, past warehouse experience is preferred and will be highly valued.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operating a forklift to move and organise stock within the warehouse
  • Wrapping and preparing pallets for storage or dispatch
  • Loading and unloading goods accurately and safely
  • Driving a long wheelbase Sprinter van for local deliveries and collections
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock checks and inventory management
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

  • Must be able to operate a forklift confidently
  • Must be able to drive a long wheelbase Sprinter van safely
  • Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and friendly
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
  • Local to the NR18 area or able to commute easily
  • Past warehouse experience preferred but not essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
