- £81 - £102 per day

The Role
Work across classes to deliver short, focused interventions in reading, writing and maths. Provide 1:1 and small-group support, pre-teach and overlearn key content, and help pupils develop study habits and independence. Prepare simple resources, note impact, and share next steps with class teachers.
The Candidate
You're a graduate who communicates clearly, builds rapport quickly, and stays organised. You follow guidance, use initiative, and keep sessions purposeful. A genuine interest in primary education and pupil progress is essential.
Requirements
- Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Strong commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
- Experience working with children – Any relevant experience (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
