We are seeking a Senior Simulation Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting, training, and onboarding services to Minitab customers. In this customer-facing role, you'll combine your technical expertise in process improvement and business modelling with your ability to teach, guide, and inspire clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Minitab's solutions while contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our global consulting practice.


What You'll Do

  • Deliver consulting, coaching, and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions.

  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities, model processes, and deliver impactful simulations.

  • Present Minitab's core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide.

  • Collaborate across teams — Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing — to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Refine training content, and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.

  • Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events.


What you Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related field.

  • 2–5 years' experience in business modelling, simulation, or process improvement.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading workshops and customer sessions.

  • Skilled in problem-solving, project management, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborative mindset and curiosity to keep learning.

  • Willing to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
