About The Team:

The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct external market assessments to support business decisions (e.g., market expansion decisions)
  • Understand the trends for different industries and types of companies to better tailor our services models (e.g., ecommerce, start-ups, automotives)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify required improvements in business operations
  • Discover how the strategy team of a high-growth advertising company works
  • Support regular business cadences, including tracking of key metrics (e.g., quarterly OKRs)
  • Simplify sales operations processes to reduce admin load for sellers

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree
  • Available from June 2026 for 12 weeks
  • Ideally have previous experience in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking
  • Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
