We're looking for skilled Welders/Fabricators to join our dynamic production team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fabricating and welding trailer components to precise specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Operating welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication (preferably in heavy manufacturing)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (desirable but not essential)
