An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Advanced Practitioner Reporting Radiographer to join our experienced and friendly reporting team at NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. This post will be based in NE Sector covering Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill ACH.
We are seeking applications from radiographers with a Postgraduate Qualification in musculoskeletal (MSK) x-ray reporting and demonstrable current experience of autonomous MSK reporting. This role offers a 60:40 reporting to clinical split, with clinical duties focused on plain film radiography.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide autonomous MSK x-ray reporting across a range of referral sources.
- Participate in clinical radiography duties, primarily focused on plain film.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the development of the four pillars of advanced practice.
- Mentor and support trainee reporting radiographers and radiologists.
- Collaborate within a pan-GGC integrated reporting team alongside radiology trainees and consultants.
