About The Role
We're seeking a skilled Trading Analyst to execute and support news based sophisticated trading strategies across global markets using our internal software. This role is central to managing risk and capitalizing on opportunities in fast-paced environments including equities, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.

Responsibilities
- Use internal tooling to execute trading strategies across international markets (equities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies), including intraday and news-driven trading.
- Manage P&L, risk exposure, and hedging strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools (TradingView, Bloomberg, Glassnode, etc.) to generate and validate trading hypotheses.
- Improve the software by formulating tasks for developers to automate, calibrate strategies, build indicators, or capture anomalies.
- On a daily basis identify and evaluate high-impact news, distinguishing between priced-in events and true market movers. Configure the system to automate trading news.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on trading experience over multiple years (not only project involvement or courses).
- Strong understanding of market cycles, liquidity clusters, correlations, and trading patterns.
- Ability to interpret data, monitor setups, and apply analytical tools effectively.
- Expertise in news filtering with a focus on market significance, context, and surprises.
- Genuine, long-term immersion in trading and market analysis.
- Working proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for collaboration.
