Job Description;

This is a temporary ongoing role for a HGV C+E (Class 1) Driver with Millison Chase Limited working within our client's depot,

As a HGV C+E Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for daily deliveries / collections, ensuring the safe transportation of goods and maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules.

Shifts can be long but are in keeping with in law and legislation.

The job itself will consist of delivering various loads with use of a curtain sided lorry delivering business to business on varied routes normally 1 to 2 drops or collections on return, (mostly trunk or hub runs with a collection on occasion) There is handball on this job with most deliveries forklifted off but with some H/ball Strapping etc.

Qualifications;

• Valid UK HGV C+E (Class 1) license
• Experience with daily deliveries and transportation of goods
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• UK CPC card
• UK digi Card
• No more than 6 penalty points and only SP codes allowed
• 1 year driving experience for insurance Purposes

Pay;

Days Mon to Fri £17.00 per hour

Weekends £18.50 per hour

This is equivalent to between £19.05 & £20.73 pay when you factor in holiday pay
