New Way are a team of Building Services Engineers offering a fresh approach to Quality, Project Management, and Design to support Capital and Estates teams. We work directly with tier 1 clients to provide an engineering focus at the top table. We add value to decision making by focussing on M&E services and infrastructure throughout each project. Our work includes; Estate infrastructure projects; New build projects; Refurb projects; Carbon Reduction schemes; M&E Surveying; M&E Clerk of works (quality); M&E NEC Project Supervisor (quality) and Independent Certification.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking to engage a Mechanical and / or Electrical engineer (including (under)graduate engineers) to deliver engineering projects / quality roles (often acting as Clerk of Works or NEC Project Supervisor). Previous experience of delivering a quality role is desirable but not essential. Essential requirements are:

  • Experience in the field of Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (CIBSE / IHEEM / IET).
  • Progressive in approach to new projects, new clients, new ways of working.
  • Respectful in attitude towards clients, contractors, work colleagues.
