London, Greater London, United Kingdom Hearts & Science Full time £85,000 - £120,000 per year

About The Role
As Senior Connections Digital Planning Director, you will be the strategic lead for digital planning across all campaigns, ensuring that every plan ladders up to the overarching communications strategy and delivers against client business objectives. You'll be the primary digital planning contact for the client, responsible for driving innovation, integration, and cross-channel efficiency at the heart of every solution.

You'll champion the craft of planning within the agency, evolving our proprietary planning process in collaboration with the strategy and connections planning team. Your digitally mature thinking will be applied across every stage of planning, supported by deep knowledge of our tools, systems, and partner platforms - including acting as our Omni expert and delivering training to upskill others.

Building strong, collaborative relationships with senior media owners will be key, as will partnering with measurement and effectiveness teams to ensure plans are built for performance and learning. You'll bring a bold point of view on media planning- one that gets noticed and talked about.

About The Agency
Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), are one of the fastest growing agencies in the market. Built in the digital age with agility at our core, our DNA is different from your average media agency. Our people bring to life our values of challenging conventions, celebrating difference, collaboration and positivity.

The core of our difference is rooted in our culture, something we invest significant time and energy into nurturing to ensure our people remain happy and fulfilled.

A central pillar of creating an agency Fit for the Future is making decisions that benefit our people, our agency, our partners and our clients both today and tomorrow. In media terms this means total transparency, over-and-above data governance, ethical media practices and thinking both long and short. This extends into our approach to learning & development, our diverse staff population, and social calendar.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.

Be Your Best
We want everyone to make the most of the opportunity to shine and showcase your talents and we are happy to make adjustments in the recruitment process so you can be your best. Please discuss any specific requirements with your dedicated Talent Team member or if you would feel more comfortable, you can email us confidentially at to let us know how we can support you.

We are committed to providing a truly inclusive environment that reflects today's society, where everyone is able to bring their true selves to work, and where diverse voices and backgrounds are valued, heard, and well-represented.
