Trainee Beef Trimmer – Full-Time (No Weekend Working)

Location: Dingwall

Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 06:30 – 16:00
  • Friday: 06:30 – 14:00 (early finish)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Starting rate £13.20/hour with enhanced overtime rates.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Beef Trimmer. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in meat processing. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by experienced butchers and trimmers.

Previous knife skills are a positive, but not essential.

  • Learn how to trim and prepare beef cuts to specification
  • Develop professional knife skills and product knowledge
  • Support production with consistent quality and hygiene standards
  • Work within a clean, safe, well-organised environment
