The Post

We are seeking to appoint 2 new analysts to join our existing Resident Data team (1 x Permanent Contract and 1 x Fixed-Term 12 month Contract). As an Analyst in the Resident Services Directorate, you will support the delivery of performance management, quality assurance systems, and conduct research and analysis to enhance local strategies and plans. Your role involves leading data quality initiatives, producing performance reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve service outcomes.

The Person

We are looking for an individual with a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in performance management and research. You should possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to engage effectively across different service areas and drive innovative solutions. You will also need to have proven Power BI development skills and be an advanced MS Excel user. Experience building reports with Business Objects, working large housing data sets and completing statutory returns will be an advantage.
