Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewables Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within our Home Energy Scotland / ECO 4 and private projects. This role involves processing customer paperwork, handling compliance tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the office.

  • Process customer paperwork including creating files, quotations, invoicing, and compiling electrical and handover packs.

- Certification and Compliance:

  • Issue MCS Certificates for each job.

  • Coordinate with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) for new installs.

  • Manage vehicle-related tasks including tax and MOT renewals.

- Document Management:

  • Upload completed documentation and invoices.

- Planning and Scheduling:

  • Schedule work on the planner, coordinating with private customers to confirm bookings.

  • Track and update the status of planned and completed works.

- Client Coordination:

  • Compile and send a weekly report of planned and completed works to clients

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the green energy sector.

  • Experience of CRM or similar system advantageous.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of compliance and certification processes in the energy sector is a plus.
