Objectives of this Role:

  • Execute accurate reporting
  • Securing client financial information
  • Improve and document accounting control procedures
  • Comply with state and local financial requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Leading on a variety of audits
  • Providing training and support
  • Preparing statutory financial statements (FRS102) and corporation tax computations
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships

Education:
ACCA/ACA

Requirements:

  • 5 years' audit experience working within a UK practice
  • Knowledge in preparation of accounts of partnerships, companies, sole traders
  • Working knowledge: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, financial, tax, and accounting principles
  • Experience in audit of UK companies
  • Personal integrity, proactive attitude, strong detail orientation
  • Good English communication skills
  • Candidates must be currently residing in commutable areas to Oxford
