We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is a key role responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft Cloud projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will lead complex, high-profile projects and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement within our Project Management Office (PMO). Detailed duties include...

  • Team Coordination: Lead and align internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Services, Security, and other teams to onboard customers to managed services.
  • Documentation: Creation of project plans, reports and other project artefacts. Peer review team documentation to ensure high-quality outputs for customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams..
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project reviews to capture and implement learning points.
  • Promote Values: Embody and promote Atech's values through a positive and proactive approach.

We want to hear from you if you::

Have the following:

  • Qualifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, or PMI Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in the technology industry with a focus on the Microsoft stack.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and lead teams toward successful project outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Tools and Methods: Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with industry practices and methodologies.
