Power and Telecoms - South
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the Power and Telecoms sector in the South of the UK.

As a key member of our civils merchant team at
Frazer
, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure, and utilities products and solutions, you'll play a vital role in identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue across major infrastructure and utility projects - all while sharing our passion for delivering exceptional service.

Home based with frequent travel (approx. travel 3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Power & Telecoms sector across the South of England.
  • Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, DNOs, and Tier 1 clients.
  • Spot and secure new project opportunities with our civils solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and training.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven sales or business development experience in civils, utilities, or power infrastructure ideally.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Power & Telecoms products and applications.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working independently.
  • Flexible to travel across the South of England.
