Talent Manager - Digital & Luxury

Location:
London / On Site

Salary:
£40k - £55k DOE

Our client is looking for a passionate, strategic, and organised Talent Manager to join their growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and managing a roster of high-profile digital creators - nurturing their careers, driving brand partnerships, and helping them expand across new formats, audiences, and commercial opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a roster of digital creators
  • Provide day-to-day career guidance, strategic planning, and creative support
  • Source, negotiate, and close brand deals, campaign activations, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new revenue streams and brand categories aligned with each creator's goals
  • Support creators in developing short- and long-term career strategies across digital, live, publishing, and traditional media
  • Represent the agency and its roster at industry events, shoots, and brand meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, PR agencies, and platform representatives

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 5+ years' experience in talent management
  • Proven track record of managing creators or talent at scale, ideally with mid- to top-tier influencers
  • Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to deal-making and brand building
