What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver on-site IT support to education customers across Wiltshire

  • Troubleshoot issues with LANs, operating systems, and software

  • Support users with desktop hardware and software queries (Windows/macOS/iOS)

  • Use our Service Desk system to manage and resolve tickets efficiently

  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Contribute to exciting IT projects during school holidays

  • Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role

  • Understanding of networking, desktop support, and infrastructure

  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential for site visits)

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided by us)
