As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new concierge-style business designed to deliver exceptional lifestyle experiences for our high-net-worth clientele.
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that will underpin this exciting new venture.
The Role
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing commercial partnerships across luxury, lifestyle, and service sectors. Working closely with senior leadership and our Head of Marketing, you will play a central role in shaping the partner ecosystem that defines our concierge experience.
This is an entrepreneurial position suited to a self-starter with strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for luxury brands and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct partnership outreach to identify and engage premium brands and service providers.
- Pitch partnership opportunities and manage all stages of the partnership process.
- Negotiate and manage partnership commercials, ensuring mutual value and profitability.
- Plan and deliver collaborative marketing campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing.
- Plan and oversee partnership events, from concept through to execution.
- Manage renewals, performance reviews, and ongoing partner relationships.
- Work closely with the Finance Director to plan partnership budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
- Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and reporting process to track performance and ROI.
About You
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or brand collaborations.
- Demonstrable track record of securing and managing high-value commercial agreements.
- Excellent pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative eye for brand alignment and audience fit.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently within a small, agile team.
Contract Details & Remuneration
- Contract position with competitive monthly salary.
- Significant performance-related bonus structure, offering earning potential that exceeds the base salary.
- Hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Guildford offices.
