IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees has an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Support Specialist to join our Equipment and Services team.

The role

Our mission 'to help Subway Franchisees be more profitable and competitive today and for the future', drives everything we do, and this role of Equipment Support Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our mission.

The Equipment Support Specialist is a first-tier escalation point for Franchisees regarding the performance of their in-store equipment across the UK region. You will be working with our supplier stakeholders to resolve equipment servicing issues to a high standard ensuring the continued operation of the Franchisees Subway stores.

Accountable for

  • Implement and collect management information
  • Actively work with Franchisees and Service Agents to manage equipment repairs through to completion
  • Educate our Franchisees to maintain their in-store equipment pro-actively
  • Chase Service Agents interventions in stores as soon as Franchisees reports a breakdown
  • Make sure Service Agents monthly reports are accurate and complete
  • Be accountable for the accuracy, relevance and value of the equipment sections of the Franchisee portal
  • Support Subway Operations and the Strategic Sourcing Manager with product evaluation, field testing and implementation
  • Attend Franchisee events to communicate the work of the Equipment team
