You'll work closely with fellow Team Leaders and the Senior Nurse to uphold the highest standards of patient care while growing your leadership. In this key role, you will drive excellence in patient outcomes and care standards, support and mentor colleagues to foster a positive learning culture, collaborate across the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery, and champion patient experience while promoting continuous improvement throughout the department.

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
